Seaside Family Wellness participates with some insurance plans, but not all. Participating plans change frequently, so call (772) 678-0011 before your visit to confirm whether we currently participate with your specific plan. Self pay options are available either way.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Call (772) 678-0011 or pre-register online to get started.
Can a nurse practitioner be my primary care provider?
Yes. Board certified family nurse practitioners diagnose and treat illness, order and interpret labs, prescribe medication, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care.
Do you see children and adults in the same practice?
Yes. Both providers are board certified family nurse practitioners, which means one practice can care for an entire family across the age range.
What does a visit cost?
Self pay prices are published in full, including visits, in office testing, and injections. See self pay pricing.
