Seaside Family Wellness is an independent primary care practice in Port St. Lucie, Florida, co-founded by Amy Weber, APRN and Stephanie Hoppy, APRN. Both are board certified family nurse practitioners, so one practice can care for an entire family, from young children through older adults. The practice is built around longer visits, continuity with the same provider, and clear conversations about cost. The office is at 1657 SE Port St Lucie Blvd and is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call (772) 678-0011.
Both providers came out of high acuity settings: pediatric emergency and specialty care, adult critical care, emergency departments, urgent care, and hospital medicine. Those environments are excellent at handling the moment of crisis and structurally incapable of preventing it. You see the same conditions arrive again and again, later than they needed to, in people who did not have a provider who knew them.
Seaside Family Wellness is built around the opposite of that. It is a small practice by design, because the part of primary care that actually works is the part that does not scale.
Appointments are scheduled with enough time to ask questions and get real answers rather than a hand on the door handle. If something needs more time than the visit allows, you will be told that directly rather than rushed through it.
You see a provider who knows your history, your medication list, and what your numbers looked like last year. Patterns get noticed because someone is actually watching them over time, not because you happened to mention it.
Lab work is reviewed with you rather than dropped into a portal without context. If a number is off, you find out what it means, whether it matters, and what happens next.
Self pay prices are published in full on this site rather than quoted on request. You can see what a visit costs before you book it.
Children, adolescents, and adults. Because both providers are board certified family nurse practitioners, the same practice can handle a well child visit, a school physical, an adult annual physical, and ongoing management of blood pressure or thyroid disease. Families do not have to split their care across separate offices.
Amy Weber, APRN spent eleven years at Children's Hospital Colorado across emergency, orthopedics, respiratory, hematology and oncology, and cardiology before moving to the Treasure Coast in 2018. She also serves as Lab Director for the practice.
Stephanie Hoppy, APRN has been a registered nurse since 2011 and a board certified family nurse practitioner since 2015, with a background spanning cardiac telemetry, critical care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, primary care, allergy and immunology, and medical weight management.
Seaside Family Wellness participates with some insurance plans, but not all. Participating plans change frequently, so call (772) 678-0011 before your visit to confirm whether we currently participate with your specific plan. Self pay options are available, and labs and diagnostics can sometimes be billed through your insurance when medically appropriate.
