What is included in the visit with labs
The $350 new patient visit and annual physical include a full panel rather than a basic metabolic screen. That panel covers:
- CBC with differential
- Hemoglobin A1c
- Fasting insulin
- Lipid panel
- Apolipoprotein B
- hs-CRP
- Comprehensive metabolic panel
- Vitamin D
- TSH, Free T4, and Free T3
- Vitamin B12 and Folate
- Lipoprotein (a)
- Homocysteine
- Iron panel
- Urinalysis with reflex to culture
Prices are subject to change if additional labs are ordered beyond this panel. Your provider will tell you before anything extra is run.
If you have insurance
Seaside Family Wellness participates with some insurance plans, but not all. Participating plans change frequently, so call (772) 678-0011 before your visit to confirm whether we currently participate with your specific plan. Self pay options are available, and labs and diagnostics can sometimes be billed through your insurance when medically appropriate. Bring your insurance card so we can check your plan and keep it on file.

How you can pay
We accept cash and card. Payment is due at the time of service for self pay visits.
