Two providers, one practice for the whole family
Amy Weber, APRN and Stephanie Hoppy, APRN are both board certified family nurse practitioners, which means both are credentialed to care for patients across the entire age range, from children to older adults. Between them they bring more than two decades of clinical experience across pediatric emergency and specialty care, adult critical care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, allergy and immunology, and medical weight management.
In practice that means one office can see you, your spouse, and your children, and the same provider who manages your blood pressure also knows your child's history.
Why a primary care practice and not a walk in clinic
Urgent care solves today. Primary care solves the pattern. When one practice holds your history, your medication list, and years of your lab trends, the small things get noticed earlier: a blood pressure that has crept up over four visits, a thyroid number drifting toward the edge of normal, fatigue that turns out to be correctable. None of that shows up in a single visit to a clinic that has never seen you before.

Can a nurse practitioner be my primary care provider?
Yes. Board certified family nurse practitioners diagnose and treat illness, order and interpret labs, prescribe medication, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care.
Do you see children?
Yes. Both providers are board certified family nurse practitioners, which means the same practice can care for you and your children.
How soon can I be seen for a sick visit?
Call (772) 678-0011 as early in the day as you can and we will find you the soonest available appointment. Availability varies by day.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Photo ID, insurance card, a current list of medications and supplements, and any records from a previous provider.
